Casilan. A world with many faces, covered almost entirely in water. Only a small continent and a few islands remain of its previous bounty of land... and most of *that* is covered in deserts.
Most of the desert region is populated by one people, the Relians, and most of *them* live in the coastal capital city, Relia. To Relians fall the powers of Mana, the channelling and guiding of the arcane forces concentrated in Tear Stones.
On the eastern island, the Carads, possessed of extraordinary mental abilities, live mostly in their jewel of a city, Rajma. Through their many inventions and aspirations, they've built a comfortable life powered by Tear Stone.
Few are aware that the first whispers of a cataclysmic change have begun. Into this unsuspecting world, an unlikely drama is about to unfold.
